FEATURES FOR ARTISTS

• Abstract Earth Gallery is a juried web site, which helps to insure the integrity of the Gallery and the artists that we represent.  This will, in turn, attracts serious art buyers as well as accomplished artists.
• We promote our Gallery by means of other Internet sites, various written publications, and major search engines such as: All the Web, Direct Hit, Alta Vista, AOL, Ask Jeeves, Google, HotBot, iWon, Inktomi, LookSmart, Lycos, MSN, Netscape, Northern Light, Open Directory, and Yahoo.
• We strive to most effectively recreate the physical gallery experience by offering visitors the ability to view 3D-like rotating images, as well as close-ups that highlight characteristic details and various textures. 
• Each artist that we represent is allotted a personal page, featuring their artwork, biographical information, artist statement, and, if desired, a personal photograph.  Each artist's page is accessible by a personalized URL: For example, www.abstractearth.com/(artist's last name).
• Abstract Earth Gallery features “Artists in the Spotlight,” a random rotation of our artists' work on the front page of the web site.  This gives each artist a chance for immediate exposure to all Abstract Earth Gallery visitors.
• Unique, high-quality images and interactive, "On Your Wall" display techniques allow online buying decisions to be made with confidence.

User-friendly Web Site

• The web site is easily navigated by means of various browse and search functions and interactive features. Advanced e-commerce technologies also allow for safe and secure online transactions.

• We prefer, but do not require, that the pieces accepted by and displayed at Abstract Earth Gallery not be exhibited in any other online sales gallery. However, artists may not use the 3D-like rotating images on any other site without the permission of Abstract Earth Gallery.

• You have the freedom to personally photograph your work or have it done by a photographer of your choice. We have a special, password-protected "for artists only" section, offering specific photography instructions to assist you and/or your chosen photographer.  We also can provide photography services for you at an additional cost.

• If you are commissioned by an Abstract Earth Gallery client to carry out a project, you will be granted a password-protected page, accessible only to you, the client, and Abstract Earth Gallery.  This will allow you to, for example, upload images of the work in progress to be viewed and commented on by the client.
