Shipping and
Handling
- Artwork featured at Abstract Earth
Gallery is in the possession of the artist or his/her
representative. Therefore, shipping and handling rates will vary
depending on the location of both the artist and buyer, and the
nature of the piece.
- Within two business days of
submitting your reservation, you will be contacted by one of our
art consultants to discuss shipping and handling rates, and your
preferred payment method. For International orders, tariff, duty
or VAT charges may apply and will be applied accordingly. [top]
International Orders
- Please indicate, by phone or e-mail, what item interests you. We will calculate the
International shipping and handling, as well as
any International tariff, duty, sales tax or VAT charges that may apply. [top]
Our
Return Policy -
- If you are not satisfied with your
purchase, your order may be returned within 14 days of receiving it for
a refund of the purchase price (less initial shipping & handling). Returns
must be shipped postage-paid, insured, and in their original
(artist-provided) packaging to qualify for a full refund. Abstract
Earth Gallery will pay for all return shipping costs up to $150.
In the event that you would like to return a work of art for any reason,
contact us and we will arrange for return shipping. Return Policy
applies only to works exhibited on our site and does not apply to
special orders or commissioned work. [top]
Payment Information
- You may pay for your artwork by credit card (Visa or MasterCard), money order or check. Your payment will not be processed
online. Instead, your reservation will be recorded and an Abstract
Earth art consultant will verify your final total and review your
payment options. Returned checks are subject to a $50 fee. [top]
Artwork
Delivery
- After placing your order, you will receive a phone call or
email with the exact shipping charges and estimated delivery date.
Artwork will not be shipped until full payment is received and

Artwork Damaged in Transit
- If you notice that your artwork or packaging is damaged, call us
toll free at 1.866.634.4ART. We will arrange to have it picked up and
inspected. Be sure to retain all of the original packing
materials. [top]
Security
- Abstract Earth Gallery takes every precaution to protect the
interests of our
clients.
- We do not and will not share your personal information (e.g., name, shipping address, email address, payment records)
with any third party.
- Because your order
is not processed via this web site, you are not at risk of credit

travel across the country, visiting galleries, shows, and festivals to
